1. Check availability

To check availability of the campers please contact us via email, phone (10am- 7pm) or use the online enquiry form found on the contact page and we will endeavour to get back to you the same day with available dates.

2. Complete a booking form

When you know if your chosen dates are available either download our booking forms or contact us by phone / email and we will send you the forms.  Please return your booking form with a non refundable deposit of £150. Please make cheques payable to Fistral Bays. We will then send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking together with the outstanding balance.

3. Tell your family and friends!

Tell your family and friends that you have just booked a retro VW camper and make them all jealous! (Maybe even show them a photo or two.)

4. Paying your balance

Your remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday begins and should be paid by cheque. For last minute bookings booked less than 4 weeks prior to hire the full balance will be required and can be paid by debit card or credit card over the phone upon booking.

Paying by card

We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards. As a small enterprise we have to pass on charges for using credit cards. Typically these charges are 2% for credit cards and debit cards are free. Charges do not apply for pre-authorisation transactions made for the purpose of a security deposit, unless funds from the security deposit are called upon by us.

All cheques should be made payable to Fistral Bays and sent to our home address:

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque payments for balances less than 4 weeks prior to hire.

Licences

When completing the booking form please be aware that it may not prohibit you from hire but for insurance purposes you must disclose if you have ever been refused motor insurance, have any endorsements, convictions or fines during the last 3 years.

We will need to see a  copy of the driving licenses for all named drivers (including the paper counterpart) and a recent household bill showing the current address of each named driver before the van can be driven away. Please note, if you do not possess a photo driving licence we will need to see an additional form of photo id such as a passport.

Things we need on the day of hire

When you arrive to pick up your van we will need:

• £500 returnable security deposit (payable by credit card or cash)
• Driving licences and proof of address for all named drivers.
