1. Check availability
To check availability of the campers please contact us via email or phone and we will endeavour to get back to you the same day with available dates.
When you know if your chosen dates are available either download our booking forms or contact us by phone / email and we will send you the forms. Please return your booking form with a non refundable deposit of £150. Please make cheques payable to Fistral Bays. We will then send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking together with the outstanding balance.
Tell your family and friends that you have just booked a retro VW camper and make them all jealous! (Maybe even show them a photo or two.) Your remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday begins and should be paid by chequeor card over the phone . If you live outside the UK and would prefer to pay by bank transfer thats no problem! For last minute bookings booked less than 4 weeks prior to hire, the full balance will be required and can be paid by debit card or credit card over the phone upon booking.
We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards. As a small enterprise we have to pass on charges for using credit cards. Typically these charges are 3% for credit cards and debit cards are free. Charges do not apply for pre-authorisation transactions made for the purpose of a security deposit, unless funds from the security deposit are called upon by us. Unfortunately our card machine does not accept American Express cards.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque payments for balances less than 4 weeks prior to hire.
