 Simply hire a van for an over night hire, choose a driver of your choice (from your family or friends), pick up the van and away you go, simples!

Cost of prom hire

To hire a camper for prom will coat £135 which includes the hire of the camper overnight and general decoration of the van. If you have any specific requests or ideas of how you would like your van decorated we are happy to discuss these with you and will try to help you create your wow entrance for your event!

Magnetic wording & lettering £20

We are happy to decorate your camper using magnetic letters to spell out a chosen message or names of the VIP prom passengers!

 Non-alcoholic mini bar & a choctastic package £30

Your van will be loaded with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and handmade chocolate cupcakes, a handmade chocolate plaque and indiividual chocolate favours for each passenger.

Prom FAQ'S

How many people can be transported in the campers?

We only allow the same number of passengers as there are seat belts. The number of belts varies upon which van you hire. Hank, Lady Marmalade and Polly will only transport 3 passengers (along with the driver). Nell will carry up to 4 passengers. If you do have more passengers you could hire mulitple vans and imagine turning up in a head turning camper convoy!! Or you could simply do multiple trips!

When can I collect return my camper?

As from 2012 we will be offering different allocated time collection slots. This will hopefully mean that we can give you a greater personalised service and ensure you get our undivided attentioan at pick up and during your  camper demonstration.   Return times will be 11am the following day.

Do you do chauffeur driven proms?

Unfortunately we do not do chauffeur driven proms. Due to licencing laws anyone wishing to provide chauffeur driven proms needs to have a special private hire licence provided by the council. We would recommend that if you do hire a vehicle from a company always check they do have the appropriate licence as many don't!! However you can still hire our camper for self drive!

Do the standard terms and conditions and security deposit apply for self drive prom hire?

Yes. To hire one of our campers you still need to be 25-70 years of age, have held a driving licence for 3 years, have no more than 6 points on your licence and have had no more than one minor accidernt in three years. Our standard terms conditions of hire also apply and you will also be required to provide a £500 security deposit swipe to prevent against accidental damage.
