Welcome to our new wedding page!
Our vans are now available for chauffeur driven weddings. Having recently been married ourselves we understand how expensive weddings can be. As a result we are offering our campers at realistic prices. We believe this is your day, so do it your way! We promise there will be no stuffy suits (unless you want them), no inflated wedding prices, just fun, smiles and campers!. Our aim is to make your time with us and your camper as relaxing and stress free as possible.
Our standard package (£200 subject to mileage) This includes: Chauffeur 3 hour hire of the camper A bottle of bubbly Choice of van decorations to match your wedding colours Use of 2 on-board brollies incase the heavens open A CD of informal photos taken by our own camera (although we are no professionals, it is sometimes nice to have a couple of informal shots of things the pros might have missed!) Free mileage allowance of up to 20 miles from Newquay (distances further than this will incur a small extra charge)
What happens? On the morning of your wedding our chauffer (either Andy or Tim) will arrive at your home at a time specified by you. Providing there is enough time, he will run the best man and groom up to the church/register office/pub before returning to take the bride or bridesmaids to the church. After the ceremony, we will supply you a glass of chilled bubbly straight from the fridge then take you to your choice of locations for your photographer to take pictures. If you like, we can also take a drive around the local area ensuring you turn heads along the way, after all you don’t get to wear your fabulous dress everyday! Once all photos are taken we will then take you to the reception venue where the hire will terminate. You will be able to have use of the camper for up to 3 hours. Your chauffeur will be armed with a digital camera to take informal shots of your special day (which we will burn onto CD for you). This is only a general guide of what happens on the day. Remember every wedding is different and we are happy to fit in with your wedding morning arrangements and work with you to fit in with your itinery. Check out the van's wedding pictures below. You will notice that we can dress the vans using ribbons, bows, floral garlands and magnetic signs if required. Hopefully these pictures will give you some inspiration for decoration on your big day however, if you do have any of your own ideas we would be happy to try and help you achieve them. Tip! Click on an image to enlarge :) Optional extras Upgrade your bubbly to champagne: Locally produced Camel Valley Brut £25 per bottle Moet & Chandon £35 per bottle Additional bottles of bubbly and champagne flutes for your bridesmaids are also available (PLEASE ASK FOR A QUOTE) Extra wedding brollies for your friends, family or bridesmaids are available in the van £3 per hire
How to book 1. Check availability by phoning, emailing or sending a messgae via our 'contact us' page. It would also be helpful if you could tell us where you plan to be picked up from, the ceremony venue and the reception venue for us to be able to quote you a price. 2. Download our booking form and terms & conditions, once completed, send back to us with a non-refundable £100 deposit (cheque) 3. The full balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your big day
