Penny is a 1984 Type 3 Campervan

Meet Kernow Camper's Penny. As from 2011 we are now working in conjunction with Kernow Campers and so Penny can now also be hired from our premises in Newquay!

Penny was bought in October 2009 in a sorry state. After months of restorations she is now ready to be used again as she was originally intended!

She has a 1.9 diesel engine which really helps with the hills! She will cruise along very happily at 50-60mph. Penny is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, grill and sink with running water.

There is loads of storage space on board and a wardrobe with shelves to store all your belongings.

Penny has a radio fitted and is now high-tech with an onboard TV / DVD and games player! This also has a USB port so bring along your Ipods!

Penny has two 2-point rear seatbelts in the back seat and this folds flat to become a very comfortable double bed. Upstairs there is another double bed suitable for two children.

Sleeps : 4 (2 adults and 2 small children in the roof).

Fav things: Just like Charlie B, Penny loves a good festival or family holiday. With an onboard TV/DVD player the kids can be entertained come all weather.
